Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Unless arrangements have been made in advance, full payment is required at the time of treatment.

Financing options are available through CareCredit. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our financial coordinator prior to receiving service.
Our office files insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. We do not accept assignment of benefits from any insurance companies. However, we will provide you with standardized, ADA approved forms to help you file your own claims if you prefer. We will also provide copies of required X-rays and charts.
